Easy to follow instructions. Helpful illustrations. My residents in aged care facility are enjoying the benefits.
Would like to have some modified instructions to accompany some of the exercises. Some of my residents have been unable to do some poses and I am not experienced enough to suggest suitable modified poses. Overall, a good starting point for chair yoga.
