Shipping prices are calculated at the checkout. We have various shipping options to choose from including parcel post, courier and express delivery. Prices are calculated using the weight of your parcel and the delivery location.
We have a shipping calculator on our cart page to estimate the cost of shipping prior to commencing the checkout process.
We know you want your order asap, so we always aim to send it out the next day. You will receive tracking information via your email address.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging and returned within 30 days. Please refer to our refund policy for further information.
Self Managed Participants
Order and check out and submit your claim to NDIA yourself. You do not need to shop with an NDIS registered provider.
Plan Managed Participants
If you would like an invoice to submit to your Plan Manager prior to ordering please contact us with your name, NDIS number, shipping address, phone number and items to be ordered and we will get this sent out to you within 24 hours.
NDIA/Agency Managed Participants
You will require an invoice prior to ordering. Please contact us with your name, NDIS number, shipping address, phone number and items to be ordered and we will get this sent out to you within 24 hours. We will require a service agreement to be completed prior to processing your claim.
