Greek Flag

The flag of Greece is a blue field with a white cross. The blue represents the sea and the sky, while the white cross represents the Greek Orthodox Church. The flag is also known as the "blue-and-white" or the "Hellenic". The current design of the flag has been in use since 1978, although the basic design of a blue field with a white cross has been in use since the 19th century. The flag is used as the national flag of Greece and is also used by the Greek government and military.
